By accessing or using OutsourceToBD ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

OutsourceToBD is a platform that helps users discover, evaluate, and connect with companies, professionals, and service providers operating within Bangladesh's technology and business ecosystem.

2. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

You must be at least 18 years old to create or manage a company profile on the Platform.

3. Company Listings

Companies listed on OutsourceToBD must:

• Be legally operating entities.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain truthful representations of services, experience, team size, certifications, and capabilities.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with users and clients.

OutsourceToBD reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

4. Verification

OutsourceToBD may verify company information through processes that may include:

• Trade licence validation
• Business document review
• Website verification
• Business information checks
• Office visits or physical verification where applicable

A Verified status indicates that certain information has been reviewed by OutsourceToBD. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee of performance, financial stability, legal compliance, service quality, or future project outcomes.

Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.

5. Reviews and User Content

Users are responsible for any content they submit, including reviews, ratings, comments, testimonials, company information, images, and other materials.

By submitting content, you grant OutsourceToBD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, publish, and distribute such content on the Platform.

OutsourceToBD reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Impersonate any person, company, or organization.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Publish content that infringes intellectual property or third-party rights.

7. Project Assurance™

Project Assurance™ is designed to promote transparency, accountability, and better business practices between parties.

Project Assurance™ does not constitute insurance, escrow services, financial guarantees, legal guarantees, dispute resolution services, or warranties of project success.

OutsourceToBD does not assume responsibility for the performance or outcomes of any engagement between users.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including branding, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to OutsourceToBD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Platform content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Relationships

OutsourceToBD acts solely as a discovery, information, and connection platform.

We are not a party to any agreement, contract, transaction, project, or business relationship formed between users, buyers, service providers, companies, or third parties through the Platform.

Any engagement entered into as a result of information found on OutsourceToBD is solely between the relevant parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutsourceToBD shall not be liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in user-submitted information.
• Business, financial, or hiring decisions made based on Platform content.
• Project failures, delays, disputes, or contractual disagreements.
• Loss of revenue, profits, opportunities, or business relationships.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues.

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Platform and any business decisions arising from such use.

11. Suspension and Termination

OutsourceToBD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, reviews, verification status, or access to the Platform at its sole discretion where it believes a user has violated these Terms or acted in a manner that may harm the integrity of the Platform.

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

12. Institutional Affiliations

Users may reference educational institutions, memberships, certifications, incubators, accelerators, professional organizations, or similar affiliations where such associations are accurate.

Unless explicitly confirmed by the relevant institution, such references do not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or official representation by the institution.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of affiliation claims.

13. Changes to These Terms

OutsourceToBD may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
